Upcoming CNS Webinar: Exploring the Links Between Sugars Intake and Diet Quality

Understanding the relationship between sugars intake and overall diet quality can support the development of effective public health recommendations for maintaining good health and reducing chronic disease risk. 

The Canadian Sugar Institute (CSI) is pleased to sponsor a free webinar hosted by the Canadian Nutrition Society (CNS) that explores the latest research on how added sugars consumption impacts diet quality.
